Angelica was very, very helpful with securing my reservation and rescheduling my pick up time. Having the scooter delivered and picked up at the resort was such a convenience and honestly I don’t think my 81 year old mother would have been able to navigate the resort without the scooter.

This was my first visit to Disney in several years and now in a scooter. We came to enjoy watching our grandson's new expressions seeing characters and riding fun rides. My scooter was having a little trouble charging sufficiently, and I missed my pick up time the night before we flew home.
I called BVR and explained my situation, and they had somebody ready to pick it up the next morning by 8:30 am. Thank you so much, your attention to personal service is beyond expectations!

Used the scooter for three days at different parks and it was great. The whole process from renting it, then dropping it off at the hotel and then picking it up was wonderful. I will use them everything we go to Orlando to Amy if the parks. Price was really reasonable for the three days.
This is the best company to rent from in Orlando!!! I have rented from them many times and every time I call to make my reservation, they are always very nice and helpful. I have only had one challenge with a scooter and it was my fault, not theirs. I called customer service and told them what the challenge was for me and I knew they would take care of it but I didn’t expect them to switch the scooters out right then! They were at my resort with in 30 minutes. We swapped the scooters and off I went to Disney. The charge the battery holds is impressive. I can go all day long and then some on a charge. Even when I stay on Disney property I still rent from them even though i have to do a meet and great. It’s well worth it!!
I have used Buena Vista Rentals for a scooter multiple times over the years and I won’t use anyone else. Their equipment has been very dependable and their customer service is fantastic! I just reserved a scooter online last night and when they called to confirm this morning I realized I had mistakenly reserved two scooters. I called them back immediately and Dyanna couldn’t have been nicer. She credited my account for the extra scooter and emailed me a corrected confirmation immediately. Customer service like this and dependability of equipment are the reasons I won’t go anywhere else.
